The laptop appeal initiated by Northfleet Central CIO in partnership with Northfleet Big Local and CVSNWK in January has now supplied computers to ten local families. All donated laptops were checked and wiped of data by Verbo Computers and set up ready for use.

Mrs Slack from Copperfield Academy, one of the schools with children who received laptops said,

“The laptops were very useful to our students in supporting home learning during lockdown. These extra laptops enabled more children to have access to online learning that didn’t have a device at home. We can’t thank you enough.”

We would like to say a big thank you to all who donated. A special mention to Chris at Verbo Computers for checking and preparing the laptops for use. It’s great when local businesses and charities work together to improve their communities.
